How we helped
The client approached us wanting an all-round sales solution for their site in the Bedfordshire countryside providing a marketing suite linked to the show homes.
The best-fitting location for the marketing suite was situated in between two houses upon entry into the site. The houses to the immediate left were to be the show homes. The marketing suite should also be bold and in keeping with the development branding and countryside surroundings.
What was achieved
We designed a tailor-made version of the POD. Due to the space available, we had to slightly reduce the width and length of the POD but still kept the aesthetically pleasing exterior and all of the functionalities inside and for the back of house. The cladding was matched to the branding and an additional glazed door was added to the side of the POD to lead to the adjoining show homes from the marketing suite.
Internally a whitewashed herringbone floor gave a classic feel with a lounge discovery area. We included a wood-slatted feature wall with a recessed screen and space for literature.
The screen was designed to incorporate our app digisuite™, which had information about the local area and the properties available all at the tap of a finger. Kitted out with additional features to aid the selling process, visitors to the marketing suite are able to explore the development and immerse themselves into life at The Lanes through this new digital platform.
A feature living wall with a fret cut development logo and lifestyle imagery mounted to the wall with ladder style frames gave the suite and sales area a feature backdrop. Planting in soft blue planters also gave a touch of the blue branding colour whilst contributing to bringing the outside in.
To the back of the space featured a high bench with stools and tablets giving added discovery space for the customer along with a luxury style cafe bar complete with glass shelving and a recessed drinks fridge with stylish storage.
Opposite the café bar, a functional glazed meeting room with bespoke botanical wallpaper feature wall and chairs in blue and yellow added to the functionality of the sales space.
