How we helped
Southern housing came to us with an exciting opportunity to design and style the marketing suite and show apartment for their Corner Place development located in Bethnal Green, London. With the marketing suite, the goal was to create an informative space set within a 1-bedroom apartment layout, which reflected the vibrancy of urban London and promoted the bold, geometric development branding.
With the show apartment, our brief was to showcase the available product, and resonate amongst the younger target demographic of Bethnal Green. Our aim was to dress the space with personality and unique features whilst maintaining a high level of sophistication.
What was achieved
For the marketing suite, we used components such as the decorative rope divide to create zoned areas which aided the customer journey. By using the bedroom as an informal meeting room, we were able to use the main space for sales members to interact with customers. Taking inspiration from the brandings cork elements and bright colours, we used feature wall textures and patterns throughout the space to create layers and depths to a smaller sized suite.
Inspired by the Corner Place branding, the show apartment consisted of a bold and eye-catching interior with talking points in each room. Taking our colour palette of bright yellows with monochrome linear patterns, we were able to add some bold furniture pieces throughout to create a dramatic space which appealed to potential buyers.
