We worked with our client to design and deliver a marketing suite and 2-bedroom show apartment at Square Roots Hendon. The project involved taking the sales space from CAT B to capture the brand and appeal to the target demographic to showcase a luxurious and premium interior.
We were briefed to design and install a show home and marketing suite that appeal to first-time buyers and young professionals working in London. In order to capture the Square Roots brand, we needed to apply strong, memorable and contemporary design that encompasses the branding palette and plays on textures and graphic shapes. For the show apartment we needed a softer approach, with earthy tones and natural hues to create a tranquil home environment with clever use of storage and work from home space.
The show apartment incorporated a luxury feel with natural colours and textures to create a welcoming interior, introducing soft green and rust tones throughout the rooms paired with warm woods and statement features. Bespoke headboard panelling to both bedrooms allowed for a rich and sophisticated feel, adding depth and texture to the space whilst appealing to the professional demographic. For the marketing suite we opted for a darker, high-end specification, bringing in monochromatic gradients alongside brass accents and light woods to soften the palette.
