Overview
Working with Barratt London we delivered a sustainable solution to reuse a two-storey modular marketing suite from another site to their new scheme in New Malden. Our task was to drive commercial efficiency, sustainability and yet still deliver a high quality, bespoke marketing suite both externally and internally.
The Brief
Once a reusable unit had been identified through our modular building and client network we set to task ensuring it could be adapted to the needs of the brief and customer requirements to achieve an engaging sales space and show apartment. We had to represent the quality of the Barratt London product and price point, alongside aspirations, style, likes and wants of the target market.
The Execution
Delivered in house by our Projects team, we successfully moved 10 modular unit bays overnight from one location to another, making both financial and sustainability savings In the process. Our interior design team shaped the inside with a high quality, premium finish aligned to the target market to ensure an engaging and exciting sales space, marketing suite and Show Apartment. The project was approximately 8 months from start to finish with an on-site program of 5 weeks.
