Best Marketing Campaign – First Home Feb, Countryside Homes and Focus Agency Group

Our innovative “First Home Feb” campaign, in partnership with Countryside Homes, has been shortlisted for the Best Marketing Campaign. This award honors the most creative and effective marketing efforts aimed at helping first time buyers on their property journey. During a challenging market period, we executed a month-long series of expert-led events at two of Countryside East’s London developments. The campaign provided comprehensive support to first time buyers, including financial guidance from an independent adviser, market insights from the editor of First Time Buyer magazine, private show home tours, and a reservation weekend. Our strategy was designed to offer a seamless and informative experience, guiding buyers through each stage of the purchasing process.
