These are then offered to developers as either Show Home or View Unit solutions for their sales environments. Alternatively, the same furniture packages can be used by investors or operators as a valuable customer incentive to engage prospective buyers.
We have curated specific packs which are current in trend and to support the mix of target audience and customer base, however we can tailor and design any collection to meet your requirements and your budgets.

This collection offers a great opportunity to attract customers with a John Lewis buying incentive. We will decorate your show home with John Lewis interior themes and encourage your customers to “shop the look”. Upon conversion, they can receive a voucher to buy the furniture collection or have it delivered to them. FOCUS will manage this process.
Stock Plots for sale
If you have a development with stock plots to sell that need an additional incentive for prospective buyers, we can curate John Lewis furniture packs to help.
