Our Interior Design teams, including both technical and creative designers, collaborate to produce detailed drawing plans and packs up to RIBA stage 4. These are customisable to a variety of spaces and scopes, spanning residential, commercial, office, and hospitality spaces.

Focus Agency Group’s interior design team is dedicated to delivering beautiful interior design projects, from concept to delivery, following the RIBA design stages. We work on a variety of projects, with different scopes and budgets, while always following building regulation and commercial grade standards.

Commercial Interior Design

Our in-house interior design and project management teams collaborate to deliver design packs, from design stages up to RIBA stage 4 level. We work with consultants and specialists across the interiors sector and create design and drawing packs that can be used for construction and as built-in plans, including mechanical and electrical (M&E), lighting LUX levels, acoustic values, energy efficiency and full FF&E specifications to a commercial grade.

Our design ethos is centred around creating engaging, practical and bespoke interiors that are tailored specifically to the audience that will use the space.

Meanwhile Spaces

Using Meanwhile survey results, we’re able to determine the most effective use of unoccupied spaces that will benefit local residents. Understanding what amenities the community feels are missing is crucial, as it enables us to propose opportunities for these spaces which helps inform the interior design.

Once we have this information, we move onto RIBA Stage 2, which involves developing a concept design that meets our client’s requirements and considers any relevant planning constraints. Our design team also places great importance on the environmental impact of the proposed designs, considering the sustainability of each project.

By combining community feedback with the expertise of our design team, we’re able to create visually pleasing, functional spaces that meet the needs of the community while also adhering to best practices in architecture and design.

Permanent & Amenity Spaces

Our expertise spans across different spaces and sectors, from Built to Rent (BTR), new home residential sales and Shared Ownership developments. We provide design and fit-out services for permanent amenity spaces, such as concierges, entrance lobbies, communal corridors and areas, work from home and resident lounges, gyms, offices and outdoor spaces like rooftop terraces. The in-house interior design team collaborates with our project management and delivery team to design, fit out and install these spaces to building regulation standards. Our goal is to create functional and engaging spaces that enhance resident experience and value to our clients’ developments.
