Our in-house interior design team are fully qualified designers with expertise in residential interior design, commercial interior design, retail interior design and experiential interior design. We offer a full residential interior design service, from concept design, finishing schedules, furniture specification, bespoke joinery finishing, decorating and dressing plans, all of which are delivered by our in-house delivery team to ensure the design concept is flawlessly executed to the brief. Our experience covers show apartments, show homes, innovative mock show areas, and new homes’ specifications and sample displays for new home property sectors.
We offer a selection of bespoke furniture packs, designed around customers, persona profiles, and target markets across different sectors, including Build to Rent (BTR), residential sales, and Shared Ownership developments. Our team utilise their expertise to choose the best furniture, and fixtures and fittings to achieve the desired interior look and feel to meet the clients’ brief. For seamless delivery, our Project Management and delivery teams manage all logistics, storage and deliveries, and our specialist on-site installation teams are on hand to install furniture packs across the UK.
Headed by experienced Project Managers, our product delivery team specialise in commercial and retail experience. Using our expertise, we design and deliver commercial and retail spaces. Our services are extremely broad, including management and collaboration with consultants, employer agents, quantity surveyors, and architectural and planning experts.
Our design team brings spaces to life though customer experience-led space planning, and interior design based on target market and persona profiling.
Our Project Delivery team manages and fulfils all construction matters, including internal fit-out works, through fully trained and qualified CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, NHBC and Project Management certified members.
