Utilising our customer experience expertise, we proposed digisuite™ as the tool to create a seamless customer journey from the initial media touchpoint through to the on-site experience. The team provided a solution which delivered the convenience expected by first time buyers, offering digital touch points that allow for a revolutionary home-buying experience. This change in approach has transformed the sales environment and process at Uplands Park.

The digisuite™ platform at Uplands Park invites customers to take an immersive tour of their future home, discover local amenities, and explore the development all from one interface, either from within the sales environment or from the comfort of their own home on their mobile devices. The platform provides the buyer with all of the information they may need when considering a development, allowing for the immediate gratification that first time buyers desire. The team created a simple and easy-to-use platform, so any user can engage with all aspects of the functionality without explanation. The smart speaker addition adds to the appointment experience, offering a new level of interactivity and convenience within the sales environment, with the strategically placed speakers providing a unique and immersive experience for prospective buyers.

Providing a new and instant way to access information, the integration of smart speakers demonstrates the commitment to customer satisfaction and innovation in the housing industry.

The smart speakers at Uplands Park are strategically placed around the show home and complement the detail that is delivered by the digisuite™ platform. Each smart speaker has been customised to provide tailored responses to specific questions and is programmed to offer accurate information about the development, property, and location area.

An example of this innovative feature is the smart speaker prompt located in the kitchen “Alexa, tell me about the kitchen specification”. The smart speaker is programmed to provide detailed information about the specification at Uplands Park, allowing for self-discovery and interaction within the sales environment.

The digisuite™ and smart speaker technology enables customers to view the show home at their own pace, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed, and gives them privacy to discuss the property without the need for a Sales Manager to be present. This creates a seamless experience for visitors, encouraging them to explore and learn more about the property.
