How we helped

Vodion is a new development coming soon to Hackney Wick.

As part of the development, there are 10 specialised wheelchair-accessible apartments to be reserved off-plan in order to make the adjustments needed for the customer.

Focus worked with Southern Home Ownership to launch these apartments via a webinar held on Zoom.

As the apartments are specialised, we wanted to make sure we got it right, we organised the help of social media influencer Sophie, aka fashionbellee.

Collectively, we created a campaign to show off the specification of the apartments, Shared Ownership and how Southern Home Ownership would work with an Occupational Therapist to ensure the new home was perfect for the customer.

What was achieved

To promote the launch, Focus created advertising assets including an email, Facebook carousel, lead generation and event adverts.

Working with Sophie we were able to target our messaging to an engaged audience. Sophie posted regularly on her Instagram and completed a Q&A with her followers which gave us insight into what customers needed.


We received great feedback using a social media influencer, the audience was impressed and pleased that Southern Home Ownership are inclusive and provide new homes for everyone.

The advertising we produced prior to the event gained people who registered for the webinar. There were 9 people who attended the event and out of those 9, there were 3 people actively asking questions at the end and showed great interest in the specialised apartments.
