How we helped
Sage Homes came to us with a fantastic opportunity to design, install and style 2 and 4 bedroom show homes as well as a Marketing Suite home at their Uplands Park development. Located in the historic town of Hailsham with surroundings of beautiful fields and landscapes, this played a huge influence in our designs.
Combining colours that stood out from the local area with the colours of the branding, we came up with a gorgeous colour palette that featured greys and whites as the foundation with bursts of teal, yellow, sage and purple tones. This helped us to achieve the wow factor we were aiming for, making Sage branding a memorable part of the customer journey.
What was achieved
We wanted to create something completely different to the 4 bed Show Home, yet still tie them in together with each other. For this interior scheme we went with pastel tones of the same colour palette. As a result, we have achieved a delicate space with sage, pink and light wood tones, giving off a Bohemian vibe as you enter the space. The soft alluring wallpapers with floral patterns created beautiful feature walls for both bedrooms.
Within the master bedroom we have used a stunning bed cover set with an embellished floral pattern which works beautifully with the wallpaper and feature toucan bedside lamps, altogether adding an exotic touch to the room. Carefully selected floral scents for the candles and diffusers achieved a heavenly aroma within the interior, which plays a wonderful role in taking potential buyers on a beautiful journey through the landscapes of Uplands Park.
