Working with Hill we delivered a 2-storey marketing suite and show apartment in Haringey, North London. Our task was to install a luxurious flagship marketing suite to appeal to the target audience, whilst reflecting the quality and price point of the development.
The client approached us to design and deliver a marketing suite and show apartment, reflecting the contemporary design and style of the project, the aspirations and wants of the target audience and showcasing their product to the highest standard. The sales suite and show apartment needed to emulate the premium brand and vision of North Gate Park. Therefore, we took inspiration from the branding palette, local heritage of the site and paired this with reference from the developments Peace Garden to bring a contemporary, botanical feel to the space.
Delivered in house by our Projects and Design team, we successfully installed a 2-story marketing suite. The client required a premium feel, incorporating the branding palette and bringing the nature indoors through a botanical aesthetic. We needed to appeal to a large target market and therefore we kept the sales space luxurious and sophisticated to represent their flagship site. We also installed a two bedroom show apartment to the first floor which took inspiration from Soho House, bringing a memorable and eclectic approach to design. We introduced a rich colour palette to compliment the marketing suite and played with print and pattern to bring energy to the space.
