How we helped

The client came to us needing an exciting but functional marketing suite giving information about the massive regeneration of the Bristol airfield which is to provide 2,600 new homes over 354 acres. The suite needed to be reflective and in line with the development pioneering vision and branding and be suited to the different phases. We were presented with two adjoining three-storey house-types which we needed to transform.

We needed to make it attractive from the exterior and ensure this didn’t feel like a standard house once inside but also take into consideration reinstatement costs for the client. The two houses were joined together on the ground floor, knocking down the wall in between that separated them to create one large commercial space.

What was achieved

A central hub curved sales desk space with a Silestone worktop finish gave a touch of luxury with soft woven upholstered customer chairs. Opposite the desk, a bespoke upholstered booth seat was created framing the window and shelving giving space for aero-themed toys for children to use.

Simplistic light features were used throughout to give a high-end feel to the space. Accents of black, blue feature walls and bold messaging and imagery continuously linked the suite back to the branding. Concrete-style tile flooring was used throughout to link with the industrial heritage of the site.

An exciting discovery area was created on the ground floor which featured a large model plinth with a large discovery wall housing a recessed screen with rolling content and a selection of different images, messaging and shelving all encased in a black simplistic framework design.

On the first floor, we created a stylish breakout area with framed imagery adorning the walls linking back to historical images of the site as an airfield. This then linked into a further discovery and café bar. This area led out to a roof terrace giving external seating and a place to view the development as a whole. Rope style finishes with black accents linked with the interior furniture details.
