How we helped
Taylor Wimpey North Thames launched their refurbished apartments at Beaumont Gardens earlier this year.
The two other new build blocks were complete, and the refurbishment was the final piece of this bespoke development. We knew we needed to create a special brochure to detail the regeneration of this factory in St Albans into apartments.
Upon receipt of the technical files, we created the external and internal computer-generated images which show off the unique design, and drew the floorplans of each home.
As there are original historic windows in the roof of each apartment, the client wanted to highlight these in a different way so they were not lost in the floorplans, and to prevent the floorplans looking messy and overcrowded.
What was achieved
A sophisticated and elegant brochure! Produced in a square format, the brochure utilises transparent overlays on the floorplan pages detailing the positioning of the historic rooflights from the original building.
The text pages have been printed on a serene white uncoated paper. The cover uses a similar brick pattern from the building’s exterior as a background, and the logo has been clear foil blocked and debossed.
