We worked with Clarion to deliver a 2-bedroom show apartment fit-out at Crofton Place, Orpington, Greater London. The project encompassed both interior design and external balcony furnishing, creating an attractive and functional space for the target audience.
We were briefed to design and install a show apartment that appeals to a predominantly first-time buyer market, particularly young professionals. The design needed to be contemporary, inviting, and suitable for commuters who would be attracted to the area for its access to central London. We had to ensure that the internal specifications were included and fit with the colourways and designs, window treatments were included in all rooms and a second bedroom that could double as a home office.
Our interior design team worked to ensure the show apartment met the preferences of the target demographic. The main bedroom included a bespoke headboard giving a luxurious and sophisticated look and the second bedroom was designed to be a flexible space for both work and guests. The living areas were styled to be modern and comfortable with pops of colour, creating an inviting atmosphere. The balcony was also furnished to enhance the apartment’s overall appeal and provide greenery to the outdoor space. Our projects team completed the decorations and furniture installation within 5 days from access.
