Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Account Executive to join our Client Services team. As an integral part of our agency, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of client projects. Collaborate closely with our Account Manager and bridge the gap between clients and our creative geniuses.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring impeccable execution.
  • Maintain and oversee marketing schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for our creative team.
  • Conduct thorough research to inform and enhance client briefs.
  • Oversee projects at every stage, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships alongside the Account Manager.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and analysis.
  • Occasionally work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Person specification

  • Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business management, or relevant Diploma (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a Marketing Agency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with client management in a service-oriented setting.
  • Proficiency in invoicing and quoting processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong proofreading and grammatical proficiency.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Solid planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of GDPR and relevant legislation.
  • Genuine interest in marketing.
  • Thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Professional and effective client communication skills.
