Nicole Eve appointed as Managing Director of Build to Rent

Nicole Eve has been appointed as Managing Director of Build to Rent after 8 years with the group. Nicole will lead the growing Build to Rent arm of the agency out of the London and Manchester offices. Joining the group in 2015, Nicole has a wealth of experience in the property sector and has been a driving force in developing the agency offering when it comes to the Build to Rent (BTR) sector.

This new appointment, alongside an exciting BTR workstream, highlights the significance of this alternative residential market to the group. Having worked in various sectors in her career, including hospitality, FMCG and technology, Nicole holds a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the way people live, partnered with the convenience and quality they expect when considering BTR living.

The agency has been building its knowledge of this growing market and have now been working with several BTR, Co-living and PBSA brands across media, creative and spaces for the last 2 years. With a near 30 years’ experience in the property industry, the group, which has recently been named the Award Ceremony Partner for ‘The Resident Choice Awards’ 2024, is already on the front foot to service this fast-growing market, backed by a resilient team and property solutions such as digisuite™ and FocusPod™.
