Overview
Working alongside Guinness we were tasked to first establish the best position, most economically viable and best considered option for a show home for this exciting new development in Brighton. Visiting the area, identifying options and working up proposals for each, the best solution was ultimately an on-site presence utilising live/work units at the front of the development as an engaging sales space, marketing suite and show apartment.
The Brief
Working alongside the Creative team to best understand the brand narrative, location and target audience we had to propose a space that would align all these elements together, within the parameters set out by Guinness in terms of delivery dates and budgets. With a Private and Shared Ownership offering, we profiled at length our audience groups and had to create a space suited to these.
The Execution
Working in conjunction with Guinness construction teams and main contractors on site we successfully delivered two live/work units, adapted for a marketing suite sales space and a show apartment. Delivered in-house by our projects and install team, working alongside our interior design team, the spaces were both creative and functional for sales teams, with a happy client on the finished project.
